Loyolr Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the SeniorPillMinder mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information when you use our App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
🔒 SeniorPillMinder is a fully offline app. We do not collect, transmit, or store any customer information. All medication data you enter stays entirely on your device and is never shared with or uploaded to any server or cloud service.

Because we do not collect any personal information, we have no customer data to use. The App operates entirely on your device to:
All data is stored exclusively on your device. No medication data, personal information, or usage data is transmitted to or stored on our servers or any cloud service. Your data never leaves your device.
You may delete all App data at any time by deleting the App from your device. You can also clear individual medication records within the App's settings.
We do not collect, and therefore do not share, sell, trade, or rent any personal information or medication data. No data is shared with third parties for any purpose.
The App offers in-app purchases to unlock additional features. Loyolr Inc. does not collect, process, or store any payment or billing information. All purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple's privacy policy governs any payment data you provide during checkout. We only receive a confirmation from Apple that a purchase was made so we can unlock the relevant features on your device.
The App may use third-party analytics services (such as Apple's built-in analytics) to help us understand App usage. These services collect anonymized, aggregated data and are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not share personally identifiable medication data with analytics providers.
The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the SeniorPillMinder mobile application (the "App") operated by Loyolr Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SeniorPillMinder is a personal medication reminder tool designed to help individuals manage their medication schedules. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable local, provincial, national, and international laws and regulations.
SeniorPillMinder is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice. The App is a personal productivity and reminder tool only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
The information you enter into the App (medication names, dosages, schedules) is entered and managed entirely by you. We do not verify the accuracy of any medication information you input. Always follow the guidance of your licensed healthcare provider regarding your medications, dosages, and health decisions.
Never delay seeking professional medical advice, ignore medical advice, or discontinue medication based on information from this App. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. You are solely responsible for the medication information you enter into the App. Loyolr Inc. is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the medication data you input.
The App and all of its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by Loyolr Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
The App relies on your device's operating system to deliver push notifications. We cannot guarantee that reminders will be delivered at exactly the scheduled time in all circumstances, including situations where your device is powered off, has a low battery, has notifications disabled, or experiences connectivity issues. You should not rely solely on App notifications to manage critical medication schedules without additional safeguards.
SeniorPillMinder is free to download and includes core features at no cost. Additional features may be unlocked through in-app purchases available within the App.
The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (such as pharmacy services). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loyolr Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loyolr Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
